Cicely Mary Barker's lovely Flower Fairies illustrations are used in a 'sliding picture book' format which shows the changes that six of the fairies experience as the seasons progress. For example, from May (in Spring) to Hawthorn (in Autumn). This book is a great introduction for children to Cicely Mary Barker's beautiful work.
