This works really fast! It takes a lot of experimenting because every flower is different. But it is easy to use and you can produce dried flowers in a matter of seconds instead of weeks and know right away if the flower you have chosen will work in your project or it you have to go out and collect some more.

For years, I've pressed flowers the old fashioned way... in books, in a homemade press, etc. This press, though a bit pricy for what it turns out to be, does a great job preserving leaves and flowers faster than I could have ever done without it. You do have to experiment with it at first to avoid burning or cooking your specimens, but the instructions are very clear about how to do this. The end result is usually more vibrant colors, quick, even drying without brittle leaves (providing you are careful), and finally, a beautiful portrait. For anyone considering what size to get, the bigger one is definitely the one you want. The smaller one just won't hold the number of leaves or flowers you'll want to put in there. In fact, I wish I'd purchased two! One to fill while the other was in the microwave or cooling.

I got this as a gift and it is wonderful. Works very quickly in the microwave and does an excellent job. I can keep my garden items forever now! Easy to use and does a great job in a flash. Keeps the colors true.I highly recommend.

This item is perfect for my daughter-in-law! I have 3 Grandsons that love to give her fresh picked "wild" flowers and now she can save those memories. I would recommend this item.

Nice flower press. Works well, just takes some experimenting to see what works best. Fun craft project, good quality item.

This press is a godsend for impatient people. I can pick, press, mount, UV-protect and frame my flowers in one afternoon. I press the flowers in 3-4 30second bursts in the microwave, and have never had trouble with burning. I'm in love with it.

I have have smaller microwave drying press and enjoyed it so much I ordered the larger one!

I'm impressed! Specimens turned out nicely, the thing is easy to use and the instructions are really clear. I guess my only concern is that this little press might be WAY TOO COOL.

I enjoy the Microfleur from my daugher. It has led me to drying flowers for friends who do cards to friends. It also has connected me to a flower girl who does flowers for the local community. She is great for doing flowers for weddings and has done a great performance for my grandson's wedding. I think my gift of this Microfleur to her will encourage more uses for this great product.
