1.0 out of 5 stars WORTHLESS, April 19, 2001

This review is from: Flowers & Silver Practice MCATs, 7th Edition (Princeton Review: Flowers & Silver Practice MCAT) (Paperback)
I honestly CANNOT recommend this book. There are few hints within the book and there are tons of mistakes. If one looks through the first practice exam, the answers in the back are incorrect. There are also tons of misspelling. Also, this test is definately not a good gauge for the MCAT. It is WAY TOO EASY! If you got the extra $ by all means go for it, but I mean you'll be very very disappointed with this book.

2.0 out of 5 stars Easier than the real thing, July 29, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Flowers & Silver Practice MCATs, 7th Edition (Princeton Review: Flowers & Silver Practice MCAT) (Paperback)
These tests are nice confidence boosters but not an accurate guage of the actual MCAT. I found the passages tamer and questions easier than the real thing. The answers are a bit skimpy on details too. I also think their scoring chart is a little generous - deduct two points (per section) from theirs to get a better idea of how you'd have fared if it'd been the real thing.

1.0 out of 5 stars BRUTAL, April 30, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: Flowers & Silver Practice MCATs, 7th Edition (Princeton Review: Flowers & Silver Practice MCAT) (Paperback)
Despite the poor recommendations on this site, I bought this book because I ran out of AAMC practice tests to complete. Don't make the same mistake as me. There are typos, incorrect answers, and over-simplified tests (easier than the real test). Princeton Review should be embarrassed this book is still in print. I'm going to ask for my money back. Stick to the AAMC practice tests.
