works great
Works great! I know as soon as I see a mosquito, that it's time to change the propane, or someone has turned it off. After storing it for the winter, we had trouble getting it going again, and the company sent a new one with no questions asked. Very hepful customer service.

Don't waste your money
My title says it all....don't waste your money. We used if for approximately three months before it just died. We used their trouble shooting guide to no avail. We then attempted to contact customer service via email and phone. They have NO customer support, I have yet to receive a call or email back from them. So you're on your own if you buy this product. My title says it all....don't waste your money. We used if for approximately three months before it just died. We used their trouble shooting guide to no avail. We then attempted to contact customer service via email and phone. They have NO customer support, I have yet to receive a call or email back from them. So you're on your own if you buy this product. I was lucky enough to return it to the store and get a refund; four months later.
I did a lot of research on these products and thought I was buying a quality product...boy was I wrong!!! |
