Product died after one week in use. Their customer support is nonexistant. A complete waste of money!

I have the MT200. Catches lots (Hundreds per day when they are at their worst) of mosquitos. There are still plenty left, but this must have at least made a dent in the population.
Reliabilty is fair, mine has minor defects. Flowtron says they will swap defective for refurbished, but since this is the height of season I haven't put them to the test yet. My questions are that while this unit is less expensive than the competition, since the operating costs are the same, would a better unit be more cost effective in the long run?

This is nothing but problems. I bought this unit last year had to send it back for a faulty gas line. The unit work fine for about a week no mosquito's though, and died. No lights,fan or power. Now I own a $400.00 piece of junk.Save your money don't buy this.
