Plus, the enhanced high-resolution optics allow you to measure smaller objects further away. The thermometer features a backlit, max temperature display, and laser targeting up to six-Feet (two meters). The thermometer has a high accuracy of 1-Percent and repeatability of .5-Percent, all with a light weight 320-gram (11-ounce) handheld device. I received the Fluke 63 IR thermometer and it is not per the picture on Amazon. The picture shows a device with buttons below the display but what I received had no buttons, just a plain grey surface, although the box and the device had "63" on them. The manual says the buttons only come with the 66 and 68 models. Misleading picture, not good......

My husband asked for this for Christmas. He's already found several uses for it, including sorting out which switch operates our under-floor radiant heating for each room of our house. The switches all have proper labels now. Many possible uses for this.
