I use cricket quencher to feed and offer water to my pet cockroaches, and they love it. It works well.
If you find your quencher gel is drying out quickly, try placing it in the shade of your container. If that doesn't work, then re-hydrate them with a bit of water!

This is my 2nd order from Amazon and I've been using it for years. Great product and the crickets seem to enjoy it. It's the least I can do for the crickets leading up to their inevitable meeting with my adult bearded dragon. :-)

Keeping my little guys well fed is important and calcium deficiency is the leading cause of many health issues in herps. This calcium feeding solution not only prevents your feeder insects from drowning in water but ensures that your herps have good calcium levels essential to their health. If you need a feeder base for crickets, beetles or other feeder insects I highly recomend this stuff.

I buy this for a better price on Amazon and free shipping when combined with other products. I suppose this is better for your reptile/amphib if it has the calcium fortification. I use this in a small cricket box so they can have access to water. Easy to use.

Much better than water. No drowned crickets. Also calcium fortified for gut loading. The crickets swarm all over the jello-like clumps. They dry out after a few days. My first bottle is still half full after more than a month. Very reasonably priced.

Meh. They work. I used to have clear water crystals from a company I don't remember the name of, but it was just water, and the crystals were much smaller than Fluker's. You get more out of the crystals if they're smaller because after a day, the big crystals dry up on the outside and get all tacky and the insects can't drink from them anymore, whereas they'll drink their fill of the smaller crystals and you don't waste as much. I also noticed these Fluker's jars contain a lot of excess liquid that pours out when I dole out a new batch of crystals for my roaches. Never had that issue with the other crystals. If anyone figures out a way to break up the crystals that doesn't involve shaking the jar (already tried) or cutting them up, lemme know.

This product is perfect for the crickets that I feed my Bearded dragon. The crickets love it and have never drowned from it. I recomend it to anyone with feeder insects.

Good product, good price and delivered to my door. Crickets stay healthy and drown free with this product. The added calcium is also good for our bearded dragon.
