Very good quality, whole shrimp - not just broken up pieces & powder like some other brands. My cichlid loves these.

I have ordered this product from Amazon on a regular basis for over a year. The last 3 bottles have had live bugs and I'm not talking about a few live bugs. I think there are as many live bugs as there is shrimp. I don't know what I am going to do because I've had Turtle (that's its name) for 12 years and this is the only food I can get it to eat.

My turtle loves these small whole shrimps! The container makes it easy to tap out a few when it's time for feeding. This is definitely an item I'll have to keep in stock with her staple food.
.
She eats them whole and there is no mess so that's a bonus. The only problem is that they make me crave shrimp!

The red-eared turtle just LOVE this shrimp!!! I fed them a few and they gobbled them up really fast. When I came back two hours later, they saw me coming, went wild and RUSHED to the top of the water - just waiting for me to drop some more in the tank (that has never happened before). The only other time they responded anything close to how they respond with the shrimp, is when I gave them feeder fish. The shrimp is a good quality, not to small, and it even has a seafood smell (which is probably what the turtles are really attracted to). This is a keeper!

I have tried a few other brands and a few other types of food, however, this seems to be the brand they like best.

They really enjoy this shrimp more than any other brand and
they get so excited when I feed them this! Delivery was fast and product was fresh.
Best price also because it cost 10.00 at petsmart. I also would advise you to
get 1 Lb Freeze Dried Mealworms Approximately 16,000 Worms on amazon and they good quality
mealworms for a great price.

We found a baby red slider in the wild. He was about the size of a quarter and now is about 5 inches across. For the longest time he would only eat lunchmeat, which we knew wasn't good for him, but it did keep him alive. We have tried all kinds of foods, and this is the only thing he will eat. It is the only brand of freeze dried shrimp he will eat.
