I bought Flutes of Interior Time when it first came out in 1989 as a cassette tape. As a healing through movement practitioner I used this tape over and over and over, both on myself in my own healing process, and on my clients. Sarah Benson indeed takes you into the stretches of interior time, inviting you to remember, to understand, to let go and heal or just to enjoy the ancient harmonies. I have loved her music so much I also had to purchase the CD for continued use. I find it both soothing and stimulating to my soul, and find that my clients respond to it favorably as well. I was listening to the CD "Chakra Chants 2" by Johnathan Goldman and couldn't help but notice the eerily beautiful flute which really stood out on some of the tracks with it's captivating quality. After finding out who was playing I picked up this album, all I can say is wow!. What a great piece of art. I hope it get's more attention!

This is something to spend time with... it moves from the inside out. Only you will know if it is right for you but I can say for certain that this is something that resonates with me.
