If anyone associated with this production has any morals at all they will refund all copies sold. For $29.95, which is really high for a 45 min dvd, there is about 8 minutes of actual previews and good fishing advice for people wanting to fish the Madison. 90% of this video is how fisherman should be polite,always practice catch/release, and we are so blessed we have wild trout in Montana. The worst part is the whole video they preach from their high post about the above topics, then in the last segment the guy tells shows a video clip of him catching a 10 lb brown. He then says I've been practicing taxidermy for 20 years and decided to mount it? What a joke, what about the catch and release advice? I wouldn't watch this video again if they paid me $29.95. Please do not buy this video!!!

I just watched this DVD after getting it for Christmas. Do yourself a favor and save your money. If you've never fished the Madison you might learn 1 or 2 things about the river(for instance it is in Wyoming & Montana and has trout in it). If you've ever fished the Madison you will NOT learn a single thing that will help you catch fish. I'm surprised too because I own several of Craig Mathews' books and they are excellent and I've fished out of his shop several times and I think it is the best fly shop in the country. But this DVD is a bust. If you're looking for a great DVD on fishing the Madison get Kelly Gallup's DVD. If you're looking for a great book on the Madison get Craig Mathew's book. But do yourself a favor and don't buy this DVD.
