Review of Pike on the flyThis is a good video. It is a good inexpensive place to start. I would give it a B-. It is an In Fisherman production with Larry Dahlberg. One of my disappointments, was I really looking for Barry Reynolds. I did email Amazon but they had no more info on the video so I hope this helps. Most of the fishing on this video is in Canada. I am guessing, but the horse flies on the camera lens are so thick and the pike are all 50 inches , it just has to be north of 60 degrees. He goes over the locating of pike pretty fast but does a good job of demonstrating a light deer hair diver fly. One weakness is if I didn't know where and when to fish pike in my area I would be a little lost, even with all the great, `how to' info. It is fun to watch , lots of pike action and the information is acurate in my experience. |
