Product Description

Replacement glueboard 10 pack for The FlyWeb insect light. The FlyWeb is designed for use indoors in residential and commercial areas. Its compact size and direct plug-in features allow the light to be placed in any outlet. The FlyWeb insect light uses an insect attracting lamp to lure insects to the adhesive trapping board. When the glueboard is full of insects, simply remove, discard and replace with a new adhesive trapping board. The FlyWeb insect light will lure and capture the house fly, fruit fly, cluster fly, face fly, phorid flies, bottle flies, drain flies, mosquitoes, fungus gnats, moth flies, moths, asian beetles, yellow jackets and other flying insects. Since 1928, Gardner has pioneered the manufacture of insect light traps for commercial and industrial applications. This same highly effective insect control technology is now available for bars, restaurants and homeowners, too. If you're tired of swatting annoying flying insects, there's good news from the people at Gardner... FlyWeb Insect Management. Create an insect-free environment with FlyWeb Insect Management from Gardner. How FlyWeb Works for You For use indoors in residential and light commercial areas. The FlyWeb light trap attracts flying insects by using energy-efficient UV light. Flying insects are drawn to the UV light and trapped on the web-like adhesive glue card. Plug in the FlyWeb and trap annoying flying insects in the kitchen, living room, hallway, cafeteria and restaurant, bar, RV or motorcoach. FlyWeb Insect Management works 24/7 to create an insect-free environment. To activate the sticking power of your glue card, just peel away the protective plastic film and insert the card into the inside slot at the back of the FlyWeb light fixture. When the card becomes full, throw it away and install a fresh card.

One summer we were infested with fruit flies, they were all over the kitchen and even though I cleaned it from top to bottom they didn't disappear for weeks. We tried everything. I saw this on Amazon, read the reviews and was desperate. It worked! Not immediately but within a few days we noticed a difference until eventually they were gone. I hope not to go through that experience again, but we have the extra glue boards just in case.

First of all, it is bigger than it seems from the picture - about 12'' long (I know, I know, that's what she said).

We put in in the kitchen, where we had pesky fruit flies for a while. The device is intended to work in a dark place with no other light sources to "distract" the bugs, so we plugged it in at night. The first few nights we got a pretty good catch, including a moth. Things have leveled off since, I don't know whether because we have less flies, or because the sticky pad filled up. Or maybe the little buggers figured it out.

An unexpected plus - it doubles as a night light, so we don't trip over the dog anymore trying to get to a crying baby in the middle of the night... (-:

This glue board is for use with their Fly Web trap ([...]). THis is a great product because unlike bug zappers it is safe. it also catches very very small flying insects like gnats and baby mosquito's.

I have been looking for an effective INDOOR way of controlling flies, fruit flies, pantry moths, etc. for years.
All of them were smelly, or inconvenient, or ineffective.
The fly web glue board works great! I've never seen anything better - and the price is a bargain!

The fly web was originally recommended to me by my florist (I can only imagine the volume of insects her building attracted). I was looking for a way to curb the quantity of bugs that kept finding their way into my home as I live in the woods and the quantity and variety are abundant. I can only say that I LOVE this product. The light doubles as a great night-light in my kitchen, the glue trap collects everything from fruit flies, to moths, beetles, and mosquitoes. The trap is simple to change - just slide out and replace with a new one when full. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that attracts insects into their home.

The glue boards work fine. Since they have a stick-free border, they can also be used on the floor to trap crawling insects.
