THIS CD Version of Celi Bee's FLY ME ON THE WINGS OF LOVE is the 7:50 Version,NOT THE LP Mix(13:11.....Fly Me On The Wings Of Love(Act 1,2 & 3)....Plus THE 7:50 Min Version is not even the REMIX Vinyl I Have,I Thought THIS WAS THE LP Version WHICH I WAS LOOKING FOR,ANY WAY if your Looking for the LP Mix...this Ain't IT....I'm still NOW Seaching FOR THE LP Mix......I Notice That Most of the Tracks Listed here on AMAZON has NO Time After Tracks Which Sucks,Cause U don't Know if Your Getting Single Mix or Long Version!!!!It's A crapshoot!!!!!...Here Are The Times OF The TRACKS ON This CD!!

The original Celi Bee " Fly me on the Wings of Love" did include three Acts. I have the LP in front of me..The total
time was 12.56 minutes. It included Fly me on the Wings of Love,Act I Higher,Higher, Act II Love, What You've Done To Me,
Act III Midnight Passion then Epilog...It would be nice to replace with a CD version duplicate..

I agree with the other reviewers. It is really sad that Hot Productions edit most of this re-recordings. Fly me on the
wings of love was killed with this edited version. I hope that another record company pick up this albuem and release it with the complete lenght of all the songs. Three stars for the album.

Este sabado recibi mi copia de "Fly Me On the Wings Of Love", no lo podia creer, despues de tanto tiempo de espera y la copia incompleta de Hot Productions, GetDisconnected se decidio por reeditar este hermoso album de la epoca rosa disco. Hecho en 1979, y siendo el ultimo disco de Celi Bee en el genero disco, pienso que es su mejor trabajo y sobre todo hablando al respecto de la suite homonima del disco.

Dejenme decirles que realmente no encontre fallas de cuidado en la remasterizacion de este album, de verdad el sonido es grandioso y saciara el hambre de todos los coleccionistas y amantes de la musica disco. Solo hay dos canciones disco dentro de esta placa; "Fly Me..." y "Boomerang", esta ultima con un toque de mellowdisco, pero increible. Recomiendo al 100% este material, no duden ni un solo segundo y ordenen su copia antes de que este fuera de produccion. Los tracks son los siguientes:

After listening to this version of "Fly me on the wings of love", I have to say that justice had been served. This recording is superior to what Hot Productions released in the past. Moreover, the inclusion of the original version of the title song. Get Disconnected is planning to re-release all of Celi Bee's albums. If the quality is as good as this one. It will be worth every penny.

in her bedroom. I always remember "For the Love of my man" Its a beautiful song. Recently, I just thought of this song out of the blue and I was curious if I could get the CD anywhere. I just purchased it on here,(Leave it up to Amazon to have what you can't find anywhere else!)

For the "Love of my Man" is a very sexy song! It's my favorite from the album! It was nice to remember three aother songs from this album also.

I highly recommend it!! Celi Bee voice is beautiful & unique !!! ....Where is she today???? : )

Maybe not so well known or remembered but playing again
on Sirius, my brother ONLY has the BEST ORIGINALS and this
is proudly a part of his DISCO collection!!

With the variety of songs on this disk, I must state that it's the fastest 39 minutes I've ever listened to. It's disco, dance, pop and a tiny bit of R&B Dance. I paid $19.99 through Amazon and had to wait two months to get it. But, it's a pleasant surprise (and really easy on the ears). I really like the disc. Four stars!

To all who want the 'long' version(s) of Celi Bee's "Fly me on the Wings of Love," it's been available on Amazon for months at $19.99 (not $9.99 for the shortenend version!).

If you order it however, be advised, when they say 4 to 6 weeks - they mean it! I ordered the disk on 10/26/2006, and Amazon has just now shipped it to me (today: 12/29/2006). The results is that I had to wait 8 weeks before it was even shipped to me! So, consider yourselves warned - and be patient if you order it!!

I give all the stars to the Fly Me -medley which is the original a-side of the vinyl. And there is reason enough to get this album. "Higher, take me higher on the wings of love". This you can sure dance and listen to.
