After flying for years and loving it, I started to feel my anxiety build every time I flew. Following a panic attack in 2001, I did not fly for 7 years and canceled numerous flight reservations. In the Spring of 2008, I started working with Dr. DeMoss in the Flight Without Fear class in Denver sponsored and run by the Colorado 99's. Since that time, I have flown over 30 times and continue to grow stronger and more confident, no only in flight, but in all areas of my life. Dr. DeMoss and her efforts contributed greatly to my success in controlling my anxieties.

This CD is one I listen to pre-flight as well as during the flight if I feel my anxiety start to build. I've seen the effects of the "practice run" and have seen my flying anxiety lower dramatically. I have even used the CD to tackle other areas of anxiety in my life with the same success. The CD is a valuable tool to overcoming the anxiety that held me back for so long.

This CD will help you tackle the anxiety and learn to overcome it. If you commit to it and work with it, it works. I am proof of that as are so many people that have gone through the class and been able to work personally with Dr. DeMoss.
