I don't care what airline you fly, what goes wrong, or how bad the weather is, this book will make your trip enjoyable!!! I bought this book at the airport a skeptic, and ended my journey an optimist! It covers all aspects of flight. It gave me a tip that helped me enjoy a whole row to myself on one leg, and was laughing out loud during a delay on the other. I was going to volunteer it to another passenger but the tips inside are too good to let go. I wish I had a con to getting this book, but I don't.

I do enjoy reading Mr. Wysong's column on line so I ordered the book. It is pretty much just a collection of his columns, so there was repetition of the same stories, but I still enjoyed it. I already carried ear plugs though he makes that his number one suggestion--repeatedly (for hotels as well as flights). His anecdotes are hilarious. I thought he made his point about the pay and pension of airline employees (excluding high-ranking execs) being cut the first 10 or 12 times he mentioned it, and the next 15 or 20 times were redundant.
Hey James, I was boarding a flight in Houston last week and one lady had FIVE carry-ons. The gate agent let her on and the flight attendants let her stow them. What is your advice for passengers that follow the rules?

The best travel book I have read in a long time. Great tips, lots of laughs, and thoroughly entertaining. The book turned a nightmare flight through Chicago into a reality laughfest, which is no easy task. The author's style is a combination of Robert Fulughm and George Carlin. I can't say enough about it.
