It's great to see this kit again originally issued in 1954! This new release by Atlantis Models is made from the original mold. Molded in silver, clear bubble canopy and glow in the dark little green guy. It's the kit that started it all in the science fiction modeling world. Detailed history about the kit in the instructions. Easy to build and paint. Have fun with this one. Great for getting kids started in the hobby. Box art is retro classic with great pictures of the saucer built up by Andrew P. Yanchus

Great kit. It was the first commercially available sci fi kit from the 50's, and it comes with a short history in it's paper work (nice touch). It was cast from original molds the company cleaned up I believe. I didn't give it 5 stars because the cockpit bubble is terrible. Such a poor casting it is hard to see through. I sent Atlantis an email to see if I got a bad one, or if they had fix it suggestions, and they never responded. The rest of the kit is nice so I gave it a 4.
