Many of these tracks are just from the other CD, "Soak." The tracks are all good (the ones from "Soak," except the different mix of "Me Compassionate" on Flywatt isn't as good), but the tracks that differ between the two CDs make "Soak" the better album. See my review of "Soak" for more info, give "Aphrodight," "Shuttergut," and "Transcindental Drift" a listen.

I always hear something new and different when I listen to this group. they have really grown on me. Everytime I put one of their songs on a variety tape someone always gets all excited and asks me 'who does this song?'. I base my rating on the fact that I can listen to the entire album and not get bored. It keeps me up and keeps me rolling along. I especially like to use the 'Shutter Gut' track on my 'spinning' (Johnny G Spinning )tapes (( for working out...good sprint song)) Inspirational to keep in your head while biking. Highly recommend it.

Soak's albums walk the thin line between agression and melody and combine grunge, punk, alternative, and industrial influences to create a sound unlike any other. Gravity Kills meets the Nixons meets Mudhoney. Incredible.
