I have the 4th ed. 2009 version of this book and like all of Mr. Schwartz' books it is superb. He breaks down the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) from its inception to current times in a very simple form.

This spiral bound book is a perfect handy reference that should be in the professional development stash of every workplace leader, employee, and union representatives.

The 2008 changes to the law truly look out for the men and women in uniform and their family members.

The notes section is extremely useful along with the wage and hour office locations around the country in case we have questions, problems or concerns with FMLA. Also loaded with sample forms.
