Up front, in your face rockin' metal. Call it Biker Metal, Redneck Metal, Heavy Metal, Sleaze Metal...doesn't really matter 'cause this disc just flat out rocks. No overdubs, a great mix with every instrument coming through loud and clear. Imagine Motorhead & AC/DC bred with Molly Hatchet & Skynyrd...just imagine, okay? Well then you got a good idea of the A-Dog's sound. The Dog invited a few dozen drunken brothers & sisters to the studio to witness the recording of this album in person. Why bring the drunks to the club when you can bring them directly to the studio? No equipment van needed, pure genious. So what that leaves is the American Dog in their element kicking out the jams to the max in front of their loyal fans. The highlight for me is the great cover of Motorhead's "Bomber".

If you love American Power Trio Rock, Power Trio Rock, or just flat out like to rock, this album is a guaranteed winner.

If you never buy another album again - make sure you get this one! Like the cover notes say: "Not produced at all" (or something like that) and this is what a live album should sound like - like you're there in person, sweating, drinking, rocking and wishing it will never end ... ears hurting, bass pounding in your head! This is far and away the BEST album I have ever bought (and the collection is some 500 odd)... live raunch and roll done with fun and humour, done by a 3-piece who obviously enjoy their work (and it shows!) This is hard rock, unpretentious, in your face, have fun, southern, kick-your-you-know-what R&R. This is Jackyl rolled up with Motorhead, fused together with Nashville Pussy and topped with Nugent with a keg of beer added for flavour! Do not even think about playing this album on a volume less than 10!

Just a great three piece rock band doing it old school style. No angst, no emo, no death metal. Just plug in, turn the amp up to 10 and start cranking. A good time for all of you Ted Nugent, Foghat, Alice Cooper, Nashville Pussy, Artimus Pyledriver fans.
