Product Description

Amco 12-inch Round Cake Pan is manufactured to meet the exacting standards of the toughest commercial bakeries and food service establishments. Each pan is crafted from heavy-gauge aluminized steel, a 3-ply material consisting of two layers of tough corrosion-resistant perforated 3003 aluminum alloy around the durability, strength and superior heat conduction of carbon steel. Rolled edge provides additional strength and insure greater durability and keeps the pan round. Pan had a silicone coating that provides for easy release of baked goods. Coating will darken with use. Pan 12-inch diameter by 2-inch deep.

I'm very satisfied with these pans. I've used them a couple of times already, and they heat evenly. I really like the weight of them. They feel very sturdy and do feel 'reinforced' like in the description. I dropped one of them and it didn't dent or warp. I also found that being 12", they are the perfect size to use as an ice bath for my party trays! I filled them with ice and used them for the veggie and cheese trays for my Christmas party, and they kept the veggies crisp and the cheese cold and firm throughout. They are a perfect size for one box of cake mix for a really nice one layer cake. I would definitely buy this brand again for other size pans.

I ordered this product twice and each time it arrived it was a 14 inch round pan and not the 12 inch round pan I had ordered. I finally switched to another brand and finally received a 12 inch round cake pan.
