Product Description

Amco 14-inch Round Cake Pan is manufactured to meet the exacting standards of the toughest commercial bakeries and food service establishments. Each pan is crafted from heavy-gauge aluminized steel, a 3-ply material consisting of two layers of tough corrosion-resistant perforated 3003 aluminum alloy around the durability, strength and superior heat conduction of carbon steel. Rolled edge provides additional strength and insure greater durability and keeps the pan round. Pan has a silicone coating that provides for easy release of baked goods. Coating will darken with use. Pan is 14-inch diameter by 2-inch deep.

I needed just the one big round pan for the bottom of a wedding cake, not a whole set. I shopped around, and this was the best price I could find and it was the 2" deep instead of the 1" deep which is great since I am going to be chopping off some of that height when I level the cake. It's sturdy construction, good seller, a little hard to store due to it's size, but over all I am very pleased with it.

I have one 14" and two 12" AMCO round aluminized steel cake pans that I use for Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza.
These pans do have a non-stick coating are very durable.
They work great and are a fantastic value!
