Product Description

Amco Full Size Sheet Pan is manufactured to meet the exacting standards of the toughest commercial bakeries and food service establishments. Each pan is crafted from heavy-gauge aluminized steel, a 3-ply material consisting of two layers of tough corrosion-resistant 18-guage 3003 aluminum alloy around the durability, strength and superior heat conduction of carbon steel. The frame is supported by a thick, coated reinforcing wire to give the pan additional strength and insure greater durability. Bottom of pan is concave and will flatten during heating for even distribution. Natural finish.

I actually had to return these, silly me... Of course they don't fit in my home oven!! I guess I should have measured first! They are super heavy duty and look great! Was looking for something a little smaller though. What a great price too! I paid the same for the half sheets!

Bought this pan to use for resting of meat after pulling off of BBQ. Works great for this purpose. I found a better one though (according to my wife) She hates when I would put raw meat on the refrigerator shelf. Even though it was wrapped. This tray fit perfectly on the shelf and I can put frozen or fresh meat to defrost and with no worry. Any water or accidental leakage stays in the pan for easy cleanup.

Then I just pull out the pan and can start meat prep.

I bet the half pan would work even better for tighter spaced shelves.

nice thick pan, that i'm sure would be great..... that being said.... should have measured my oven before buying this pan. it's about 2 inches too large. =( maybe i'll use it for a fruit display tray... or a sled. this sucker is HUGE. measure your oven before purchasing. =)
