If someone had told me that you could explain the core idea of a philosophical book in a three minute movie, I'd have been skeptical. But that's exactly what this brilliant little movie does. It's an impressive achievement, I think, and I've been recommending it ever since I first saw it.

This is really a fascinating little series. I went to You Tube and emailed a couple to my friend and now she is hooked. It is short but full of positive stories about people who are doing amazing things. The subjects are varied. It will make you feel better knowing that there are so many people doing something about the problems in the world. It is encouraging the you people who are working on these problems too.

I am really enjoying this informative series. I had just watched the episode on solar roads and two days later that info was viral on the internet. Quick snippets of info. I have my 6 year old granddaughter watch 1 of these to 1 cartoon so she is entertained and informed. Between that and the How It's Made series we learn.

What is great is that they are short, interesting, and allow you to find more on the subject if you are at all interested in what the short clips show you.

I happily became immediately addicted to FFS. Hope many seasons to follow. It was extraordinary how much intensive content was packed into each 3 minute segment. More, more very soon please!!!

These are really great 4 minute videos that promote ideas and inventions that people around the world are working on. I could easily see a teacher using these videos in the classroom or a corporate facilitator working them into a training class, etc. They are entertaining and fascinating to watch. My favorite one so far is "Mr. Toilet." Hilarious and a really good cause!

If you enjoy documentary films, then Focus Forward is for you. Now most of them are only maybe 5 minutes, but what it does is give you great insight into new discoveries, etc. and information about so many topics that you can research if you choose to watch a full length one.

The short format was difficult. Some very interesting ideas were introduced, however, there was not time to develop the idea to an interesting conclusion.

Interesting & quick videos of human achievement. Some video quality and editing could be improved, but it's not bad for a quickie.
