This binaural beats CD is a pleasure to listen to ... with the beats being skilfully hidden under quite pleasant rain sounds ( they also have a 'waves' version ). It's not really meditative ... in that it's design is to be used while doing something else .. i.e. studying ... brainstorming ... and in that regard I find it excellent ... I have 'Clarity' .. or 'Focus' on headphones while doing my morning emails ... and the job goes quicker ( my typing errors seem less !!!! ) ... and I feel refreshed afterward ...
The longer terms claims of giving you easier permanent access to those states ... I can't comment on ... though the short-term effect is good enough to have me make it a routine ... It is decidedly good value ... 2 CDs for $19.95 .. with an Envision ( for creativity ) track .. as well as the 2 already mentioned ...
