My wife and I have used Fodor's tour books on a number of trips. We have always been satisfied with the information, ratings and suggestions that they contain. This one is no exception. We used it a lot for our first visit to Maui and found it very helpful. I recommend it.

We are going to Maui in a few months. I got this book and glad I did, it has been very helpful in so many areas. Actually booked a few side trips on with the recommendations of this book. I plan to take it with me. Very informative.

I recently traveled to Maui not knowing a thing about the island. This book was like our own personal tour guide. It tells you everything about everything. Our trip was absolutely wonderful thanks to the information contained in the book written by residents of Hawaii. Info about where to stay, where to eat, what to do, when to go, etc. Has very nice color pictures, but the important thing is it gives you the inside scoop. My husband said "where are we going to eat today" I said "I don't know let me ask Fodor's" haha. I had that book in my purse everywhere I went during the whole trip. It is a must buy if you are a newbie!!!!!!! Aloha
