4.0 out of 5 stars The only book I found which combines Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan
I recieved the book on time, and although it is used (I think its no longer being published) it was in an excellent (like new) condition. Its a good reference guide to Nepal Tibet and Bhutan, and although its a bit dated but still usefull, and the history and myths are still there. 3.0 out of 5 stars BOOK - Fodor's Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan
The book came in fantastic condition. :) Thanks for that. I would've appreciated if it was stated that it was published in 2000 though. Considering it is a travel guide, lots of things may have changed in the last 11 years.

This review is from: Fodor's Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan, 1st Edition: Expert Advice and Smart Choices: Where to Stay, Eat, and Explore On and Off the Beaten Path (Fodor's Gold Guides) (Paperback)
I recieved the book on time, and although it is used (I think its no longer being published) it was in an excellent (like new) condition. Its a good reference guide to Nepal Tibet and Bhutan, and although its a bit dated but still usefull, and the history and myths are still there. Your other option would be to buy a seperate book for each of these locations, although I think there should be more books combining these three distinations because of their common aspects (I visited all these places in one go, and I would recommend that these locations are visited in one trip). The book would have been better if it includes maps and photos, which it does not. And remember, as with all other literature on Tibet, if you take it with you while travelling to Tibet there is a chance that it may get confiscated by the Chinese on the border, and you may be prohibited from entry just for carrying it.
