4.0 out of 5 stars Very good visual dictionay
I expected just a dictionary with pictures and definitions, but it also has voice pronunciation and some good exercises to help studying. So I think it's great. I didn't rate it five stars because I think it should have even more definitions. Maybe it's a relatively new product and it will become more complete on future editions. Anyway, we are advised of the amount of...

3.0 out of 5 stars Question: Does this dictionary talk like the online [...]
I'm shopping for a talking dictionary that doesn't have to be connected to the Internet to hear the correct pronunciation of words.

The computer lab at the educational organization that I am helping out with the computer lab is teaching English for Students who Speak Other Languages (ESOL).

I have a copy of this in hard-copy, and it would be good...

I'm shopping for a talking dictionary that doesn't have to be connected to the Internet to hear the correct pronunciation of words.

The computer lab at the educational organization that I am helping out with the computer lab is teaching English for Students who Speak Other Languages (ESOL).

I have a copy of this in hard-copy, and it would be good for advanced students. I would buy this, but I'm not sure that it has any advantage over the hard-copy if all it is, is the same thing and takes a computer to view it.

If this computerized version of this visual dictionary could talk, it would be a "no-brainer" to buy it.

I didn't know, so I gave it an average rating of 3 stars.
