Bought a version 4 for $5 at Ollie's. Does everthing I could conceive of and more. First star chart I have used that could be adjusted to show exactly how the sky looks. If you are interested in astronomy and have a laptop then this is a must have.
CD worked well in an old cd drive, but I had to polish out scratches before it would work in a new DVD drive.

I love this software. I had this before and last year broke the CD in my backpack. It gives me what I need for the night sky. It is an old design from the 90s and is kind of like DOS compared to Windows VISTA but for those who love simplicity it's good. I am thrilled to be able to aquire it again.

My son received Planetarium Gold from his Grandmother as a Christmas gift. We had a problem with the CD and contacted the manufacturer (Fogware). They absolutely refused to help us. My son was very disappointed and I am too. Not a good company to work with... I gave them one star because zero wasn't a choice.
