The bench is all they said it would be however for a heavy lifter it is to narrow & not quite as stable as I would like it. It does fold up & put away easily for those who only haved a small space

I've had this product for about two years now, and I am still actively using it with great success. The bench does all it claims to do, and it does it perfectly. Here's a little more info to help you decide:

Pros:

- Folds up quite nicely in my 1-car garage. (Car fits perfectly with unit folded up against the wall)

- Has four levels for bench presses

- Leg attachment included for good leg workouts

- Can be used to perform incline / decline crunches

Cons:

- Leg extension is a bit wobbly

- There are two hooks/levers in the side bars that can hit your arms when raising/lowering the barbell during bench presses

- The unit needs to be tightened often

- Doesn't seem safe to go past 150 lbs of bench pressing

I would give the product 3 stars, but you can't beat the folding storage option. That in itself deserves an extra star. Final word: Average bodybuilders should buy this. Hardcore bodybuilders may want a more heavy-duty alternative.
