I've owned three really expensive petsmart crates, so when I came along this I was really excited to see the price. The crate arrived alot faster then I would have expected, I ordered on a Sunday and still recieved it by Wenesday. It Was the same exact high quaility gate I paid about triple for at petsmart. Not only do I have a puppy inside but I also have a 15month old boy climbing all over it all day. The crate is very sturdy! I'm a frequent buyer of amazon and this is one of my favorite purchases!

Product was just as shown, quality a bit below what I had expected (based on similar ones in stores) but works well for my purposes. The only drawback was it only mentioned 30" crate, it did not give ALL the dimensions, which are 30" x 17" with 20" height.

We bought this medium sized crate for our 20lb, lazy dog. She had been hoteling in our other dog's crate, but since he needed it back, we decided to purchase this crate. The first time we put her in the crate, within the hour she was able to bend the bars on both doors and get out. She has never done this before or since. The bars are extremely thin and flimsy. ADVICE - PURCHASE ELSEWHERE. When I wrote to the vendor explaining the situation and wanting to return the crate as defective (what crate marketed as medium size can't hold a 20lb dog????), I received an email stating that since the crate was damaged by the dog, it was nonreturnable. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Stay away from this product and vendor.

Feedback re: dog cage size not as advertized
Item arrived fine. Quality OK. However was an inch & 1/4 shorter over-all; length, height and width. We needed that inch so returned and ordered next size larger. Read more

Buyer beware
I purchased 2 of these...they are ok for the price, but the measurements are off by 1 inch in 3 directions...3 inches is a big deal!
