a book for those new to folding knives,

If you are just getting into folding knives and have no idea about the different types of steel, blade shapes, grinds etc. then this is a good book to start with otherwise it a book written for policy makers in Law enforcement it will not teach you any knife tactics at all. The author even states that in the beginning of the book that the knife is a utility tool and that is the perspective this book is from.
