This is perfect for doing laundry,

This review is from: Blue -Folding Shopping Cart Basket- Jumbo Size -solid rubber tires by Perfectbuyz (Kitchen)
I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex so when it's time to do the laundry I need something that could hold a large load of clothes + detergent. I wanted something that could also fold/collapse and yet lightweight but most importantly not flimsy. This cart is the perfect solution. It's not heavy, it folds, and it's pretty sturdy. Not only that but the rear wheels are big which is perfect for going up/down the steps. The rear basket is really handy for detergent, fabric softener, etc. The matching liner is a really nice bonus too. It fits like a glove and has a cover too. The liner has velcro fasteners. Assembly was pretty straight forward for me but for those not mechanically inclined they might assemble it incorrectly because the pictures are kinda hard to see.
Update: I just purchased a hamper that fits this cart perfectly. It's the Rubbermaid folding model. When my hamper is full I put the whole hamper into the cart and go to the laundry room. Rubbermaid FG4D0600NATUR Configurations 23-Inch Foldable Laundry Hamper, Natural

Very Pleased,

As an apartment dweller, I was looking for a heavy duty cart for laundry (to/from basement laundry room) and shopping (for heavy loads of groceries from car to apt.). This product meets both those needs very well. When ordering I was a little apprehensive about the size of the smaller basket to accommodate the larger bottles of laundry products. It turned out to be adequate at 6" X 17" X 13" deep, although I could have used more space for large bottles of detergent, fabric softener, bleach and (smaller bottles of stain remover), but the design doesn't easily yield that. The main basket stood up to a heavy load of 3 24-bottle packs of bottled water. Overall I'm very pleased.

Cheap quality and wheels are PLASTIC,

Despite the description above (which says "solid rubber tires" twice), when I received this cart the wheels were entirely plastic. The overall quality seemed cheap and flimsy as well. I returned it right away. If you're looking for a cart like this I highly recommend buying a Narita Trading brand cart. They're the only ones I've found that seem sturdy.

Could Have Been a Great Cart, But....,
By Aficianado, "Music, Film and Book Lover" (Washington, DC) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Blue -Folding Shopping Cart Basket- Jumbo Size -solid rubber tires by Perfectbuyz (Kitchen)
I had been prepared to rate this cart as "5 stars" when I first received it. It is a great size, reasonably priced, extremely convenient to use and appeared to be quite durable initially. Unfortunately, events that have occurred in the 7 months since I received it (including completely unsatisfactory experiences with the manufacturer Perfectbuyz's so- called "customer service) have resulted in my lowering my original rating to the current "1 star" rating. I'll go into more detail about that shortly.
On a positive note first, the cart is indeed a great size and extremely convenient to use. It's a great way to get groceries home from the store for those who don't have, want or otherwise need a car. And even for those with a car, it can be useful to move groceries from your car to your kitchen for example, or for other tasks (someone mentioned laundry in another review) around the house. Furthermore, the double basket gives it a size and capacity advantage over baskets sold by other manufacturers. The basket's promotional materials claim that it can hold up to 150 lbs......that's as much as a decent sized teenager weighs. I have found that in practice, most people would probably not want to put more than 120 lbs in it. I could maneuver it comfortably with anything up to 120 lbs (I weighed the contents on several occasions so that I could be sure what I was dealing with). At over 120 lbs, it became more difficult to maneuver, steer and push/pull. Not only that, with contents of 120 lbs on one occasion, I broke a large rear wheel (more on that later). As I mentioned earlier, when I first received the cart and started using it (it does require some assembly but I found it very easy to assemble), I was prepared to rate it at "5 stars". I decided to hold off writing a review until I gained more experience with it however. After the 3rd use, a small rubber clasp that holds the basket in the folded position dropped off and disappeared. It was no big deal, I was able to fashion a replacement from part of a coat hanger. Still, it should never have happened and I decided that at that point, I would now lower my review to "4 stars" since that happened so quickly after I received it. 3 weeks later, I discovered that one of the welds on rear basket broke free. Again, no big deal, it didn't affect the operation and I left my mental review at "4 stars". A short time later, I discovered that one of the metal braces that ran along the sides of the cart from the front of the cart to the back had fallen off and disappeared. This time it affected the operation but only very slightly. I remained only slightly concerned. About 6 months after I received the cart, I broke a large real wheel when hitting a pot hole and with 120 lbs in the cart. This was a big deal. The cart is now obviously unusable with one wheel broken. By now, my mental review had dropped to "3 stars", based entirely upon the fact that so many parts had either fallen off or broken and so quickly. Since the basket had a one year warranty on it, I was not very concerned however and wrote a polite note to "Perfectbuyz" asking if I could purchase a replacement wheel. I told them I could live with the other problems and that I didn't even need to get a replacement cart under the warranty if I could just replace the broken wheel. It's now been several weeks since I first tried to contact "Perfectbuyz" and after several attempts to contact them, no response has ever been received. Nothing. By now, my review was down to "2 stars" based on their lack of response to my contacts. Their website (which also prominently states that they have a "110% customer satisfaction guarantee") states under "how to reach us": "Best way to reach us is by email. We do read and answer all our emails throughout the day". Over several weeks of attempting to contact them at that address and also at the personal e-mail address of the person who processed my order. No response. Nothing. Nada. And no, nothing went to my SPAM filters. I don't have any! Also, on their Amazon storefront, they state clearly that they will not provide a phone number to their customers and the only way phone contact with them is possible is if "we" send "them" our phone number and they decide to grace us with a phone call. In terms of their "warranty", "Perfectbuyz" website used to say that the "110 Customer Satisfaction Guarantee" means that if you were dissatisfied with the cart for any reason, you could return it to them within one year and receive a full refund. Their so-called "guarantee" still states that on some of their advertisements (of course, the user is expected to pay the return shipping costs which are not cheap and which can approach the cost of a new cart)! That "warranty" now as been changed on their website to state that you can only receive a refund if you return the cart WITHIN 30 DAYS IN NEW, UNUSED AND RE-SALEABLE condition! They also state this on Amazon at: http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/seller/returns.html?seller=A2XTWLRGWRC1F4 Of course, it doesn't really matter what their warranty states if they aren't going to respond to customer inquiries and honor it in any case, does it? So much for their "110% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee", so much for "Best way to reach us is by email. We do read and answer all our emails throughout the day", so much for their one year warranty and so much for them standing behind anything they say. Finally, I contacted the Better Business Bureau and discovered that as of this writing "Perfectbuyz" rating with them is an "F", their lowest possible rating! By this time, I had lowered my own review to "1 star" based upon my total experience with this seller. I felt that their lack of communication with their customers and lack of follow through on their so-called "warranty" is so egregious and irresponsible that I have decided to file my own complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. The unfortunate part of all of this is that they sell what could have been a great cart. As I said earlier, it's a great size, very useful, extremely convenient to use and not badly built at all. If they had only provided just a little more attention to quality, provided just some minimal customer support and follow-through, and stood behind their claims, they could have a really first rate product and business. One last comment.....anyone seriously interested in purchasing this cart should read through the seller's feedback completely. I found it quite revealing.

This cart will not sustain the weight of 150lbs, and it is very cheaply constructed. I didn't receive all of the hardware with the cart, so I had to wait for washers before I could assemble the cart. It is a good thing I did because the original assembly instructions were wrong and outdated, so they sent the correct instructions with the new hardware. Also, once I assembled the cart, it last 2 weeks before the front bar bent and the wheels fell off.
What a complete waste of money! I have attempted to contact the seller via email, but they have yet to respond. Also, the seller sells this same cheap carts on Ebay for far least than what they are charging on Amazon. Do yourself a favor, and don't buy this cart. You will live to regret it. Don't ever buy from this seller...EVER!!!!

Great for 5-6 months!,

This review is from: Blue -Folding Shopping Cart Basket- Jumbo Size -solid rubber tires by Perfectbuyz (Kitchen)
we Have had our cart since we moved here about 5-6 months ago. we do not have a car so we walk over a mile to any of the nearest stores. This has been great for being able to get what we need with out killing ourselves trying to get it all home.
Today the front wheels broke on me. I had my 7 month old in a carrier and we about toppled over when the wheel broke stranding us 20 feet from the store doors and still over a mile from home. Let me tell you, it was quite an ordeal trying to get home. We did notice from the beginning that it was difficult to turn the cart if it had anything at all in it because the front wheels don't turn it only goes forward and backward. I still think the cart is pretty great, I really love the extra basket. I just wish the wheels hadn't broken and possibly swiveled to enable turning much easier.

POOR PRODUCT!,
This review is from: Blue -Folding Shopping Cart Basket- Jumbo Size -solid rubber tires by Perfectbuyz (Kitchen)
I bought this product a few months ago. When it arrived, I tried to assemble it only to find out that some of the connector pieces were too small for their slots, and thus the product was unusable. After spending $14 on shipping to get to me, I spent another $14 to send it back to Perfectbuyz, and I have still not yet received my refund. If there's one thing you do, please save your money on this product. It was SUCH a hassle.

I bought this Jumbo Cart with one thing in mind. I use it to haul items to and from my RV. I have a standard size cart and I was making to many trips to and from. I see many of these folding carts in use doing my job. I see on occasion, a larger cart. I looked on Amazon for a large cart, and this is the one for my job. This cart works great, and I truly believe it does hold 150 pounds. My only complaint is they did not include the washers and clips necessary for assembly. Very easy to assemble. Just put the wheels on and go.

After using two times ,one large rear wheel came off and all the little parts, washers, spring, etc. scattered. Thinking we had not assembled it correctly, we were very careful about reassembling . Again, with a basket full of groceries, the rear wheel came off. Then, when picking it up to work on it again, the other rear wheel came off. This time when the parts scattered, I was unable to retrieve them all. So now I have a totally useless cart which cost about $50 including shipping, I no longer have the return slip nor the box it was packaged in,so I cannot return it. I will never buy anything from this company again.

I purchased this cart to haul all our stuff for swim meets(Quik Shade, chairs etc). The first time I used it my front wheel came off before I was able to reach my destination. I was excited about using the cart due to it's capacity and weight carrying ability. Now I have a cart which I need to go find parts to fix the front wheel. I was also expecting the wheels to be a bit more heavy duty in its construction.
