Walter is an amazing pet to have in my preschool classroom- the children love to teach him things like proper handwashing, shaking hands- and if there is a personal issue, they are sometimes more likely to tell Walter what's going on than me.
He loves to go home with the kids, and taking care of him is teaching the children how to be responsible and caring.
We love Walter.

My daughter LOVES this puppet. She plays with it all the time, makes it clothes and has a lot of fun.

The Folkmanis chipmunk puppet is one of the smaller ones, making him easy for a child to manipulate. But he fits an adult hand, too. My chipmunk is named Chickory. He's a bit timid. He likes to peek out from the crook of your arm. He likes to go out to the playground at recess and sit in trees, too. We don't have real chipmunks in Houston, but I've seen them in Georgia and in New Jersey, and Chickory looks just like them.

Good quality, easy to use chipmunk puppet makes storytelling more fun for the teacher and students. Looks like a real chipmunk with accurate features, slips easily onto your hand to manipulate as a puppet. The kids love it!

Chadder, a chipmunk, is always a part of our final program and this puppet was perfect! Very reasonable price. Quick delivery. Also used in preschool program to share the message - kids love puppets.

This puppet is adorable. It is just the right size to captivate a group of 30 preschoolers. I use it for VBS.

Don't put bandaids on the plush fur -- the residue messes up the puppet. Use adhesive wound tape -- the stuff that comes in a webbed roll and sticks to itself -- instead.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend of mine for Christmas. I feel this puppet pays a resemblance to my friend and thus the fun. It might be a bit big for kids with small hands to use, but otherwise it works well for all hand sizes. It's pretty big at about 11" tall. The back section is definitely round and big. It displays well as just a stuffed animal too. It can just sit on its big round legs as a stuffed animal. And when ready you can use it as a puppet.

We checked this chipmunk puppet out from our library and several renewals later my daughter still won't part with it so we're buying another one to replace the library's. This is one of her favorite toys by far! The puppet is so cute when you make it talk and she just loves her little "squirrely!"
