I was a little put off by the price at first, but after I received my boa puppet, I realized it was worth every penny. Since I have a real boa, I can appreciate the work that went into this toy. I take the puppet to work with me and constantly have people believing it IS real. The outside is soft, but has a very realistic pattern. The eyes even have the right shape to the iris. And if you really want to have fun (or terrorize the unsuspecting), the "puppet head" is a blast. I also have fun draping it over my dashboard when I drive, and I get plenty of surpriseded looks in traffic.

I shared this puppet with my preschoolers and they were enthralled! They all wanted a turn with it and just loved it! They love that it "eats" and love its size. A great puppet!
