Although my husband and I are in our 20's, we're kids at heart and still get a kick out of stuffed animals. We saw this at our local Borders (for more money, of course) and had to have it! It's so much fun to play around with and although it's not a big stuffed animal, it's still cuddly. The light fur is longer than the regular fur so it looks like "spikes." The pictures do not do this justice-it is truly an adorable stuffed animal! It's also well made, which is hard to find nowadays. Highly highly highly recommended!

I thought the puppet was kind of small. I have small hands and it was kind of snug on my hands. I think that a child would have an easier time manipulating the puppet. It is very cute though.

I bought this for my 1yr. niece. She loves it when you snuggle it up to her cheek, it tickles her nose and makes her giggle. One of the cuter affordable folkmanis puppets!

Stuffed animal/hand puppet is very cute. Looks even better in person. I don't think you'll find a better looking porcupine anywhere else.

This puppet is durable and well made. I use it for therapy with children and it holds up well. It is easy for children of all ages to use.

A few friends and I have an inside joke concerning porcupines. I was trying to find a stuffed one for a gag gift for Christmas, but plush porcupines aren't the easiest things to find. Most of the ones I did find were very ugly and looked more like a hedgehog. When I found this porcupine, though, he looked so much more realistic and I went ahead and bought him.
He was a huge hit and is absolutely adorable! My friends love him to death and he was a total success. He's very realistic looking and extremely cute. If for whatever reason you need a stuffed porcupine, I'd certainly recommend this one. :)

very cute puppet. Well made. We used it in my daughter's play where she was a porcupine.

We needed a porcupine puppet to promote poison safety with pre-school children utilizing the promotional materials from the "Poison Control Center". This puppet fulfilled most of our expectations. The only difficulty was we had to demonstrate "Spike" with quills up and quills down. This was solved by using two puppets; one with quills smoothed down and the other with quills spiked with hair produts. "Spike" was a big hit at the child safety mall promotion.
