5.0 out of 5 stars Essentail reading for wierd architecture junkies!, May 11, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Follies: Grottoes & Garden Buildings (Paperback)
If you're fascinated by what the authors term 'rogue architecture', this book is even more compusory owning than its previous editions! This definitive folly-hunter's guide now is clearly broken down by British counties, and even better, now has an Ordinance Survey map reference for each of its three-dimensional eccentricies, so there should be no more futile driving up back lanes in quest of the architecturally absurd. A book to live in the glove compartment of your car - when you're not gloating over its extensive photos and engaging text in the anticiaption of planning more folly-hunts!
