I don't like to read anything too long because it usually looses my interest ...sad, but true. I saw this short story and thought I'd give it a try as it looked interesting. Once I started reading, I couldn't put it down...had it done in forty -five minutes! Sarah developed the characters so well, I felt like I actually knew them. The storyline grabbed my attention and kept me wondering how it would end. Great short story...would love to see more!

I sat down to read this story by an author whose work I have never had the honor of reading. I did so with a certain measure of anticipation and perhaps even trepidation. The apprehension stemmed not from thinking the story would be bad, but from having such high expectations from this author and the fear of disappointment: not for me, but for her.

More than I can possible convey,I find myself extraordinarily pleased that my fears are completely unfounded. I have read the story three times, and have come away more impressed each time. From the wonderful use of descriptive language to create the scene in the reader's mind, to the truly amazing character development, this work does not disappoint. The ending seemed to come quicker with each succesive reading - not because it is abrupt in any manner, but rather, because I became so involved with the story line I didn't even realize the end was so near.

This unique story immerses the reader in its auras of pain, joy, and intrigue in a way that many veteran authors struggle to achieve. For a "newbie" author, the effort borders on miraculous.

Is it the single best story I have ever read? To be honest, no.

To say it was, would be doing a huge disservice to the author, whom I know will do nothing but continue to grow in her confidence, abilities and maturity. as accomnplished as this wokr is, it is apparent that there is a huge pool of talent here, just waiting to used again. However, I am very excited to and most assuredly will, read every single work Sarah puts out in the future. That in and of itself speaks of my admiration and confidence in this young, talented author.

Great story, but grammatical and spelling errors are very distracting and take away from the story. Otherwise an enjoyable read.

Wow, this so far has been so far a awesome short story! Sarah really has done an amazing job with making you feel for the characters. I'm so hooked and still reading the story. I'm a very busy person so don't have a lot of time on my hands to read but I really enjoyed this and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Follow A Certain Path was a great read. I enjoyed the story immensely. I found the story line to be interesting, a bit mysterious and yet warming. What a great book. This author is on her way to writing many, many great books and as one of her biggest fans, I will be sure to grab each one!
