This, is the third in a set of three compiling
General Newman's long-running series of essays in
ARMY Magazine. Volume III contines the lessons,
with more emphasis on high command.

While specifically designed for the military leader,
General Newman"s principles are universally
applicable and will prove useful for anyone in a
leadership position.

All three are highly recommended.
