I liked this a lot! Just be prepared to sit and meditate while the CD is on-- definitly not a cd set to listen to while driving

The presentation of high points from author Martha Beck's Follow Your North Star discussed by the author herself is a delight and an inspiration
I have read legions of self-help "life directional" books at this juncture in my life, and I can attest, at least from my viewpoint, that Martha is one of the very best "Life Coaches" around. Common sense and great humour are her two sharpest tools, and she is exquisitely talented in teaching others their use as well.
