I encountered this book for the first time many many years ago. As a student I found it to be easy to follow, and the recipes were excellent and nutricious. Over the years I have owned two copies of this book, and now I am onto my third. The reason for this is that I keep on lending my copy out and for some reason, the copies never return! It really is too bad that this book is now out of print. However, as I have found, there are used copies still available. Maybe the publisher may release an e-book of this excellent cooking guide! Five stars!
