5.0 out of 5 stars One of the only books of its kind!, January 6, 2008
This review is from: Food Aid After Fifty Years: Recasting its Role (Priorities for Development Economics) (Paperback)
Boring, but technically indispensable for policy-makers, NGO's, and observers from agribusiness like me.

Chris should have mentioned more about NGOs, who they are, and how the procure and distribute food or monetization through PL 480 Title II disbursements.
