It is a very useful reference for parents dealing with food allergies. My daughter has a peanut allergy and this reference outlines many helpful suggestions for school. It informs the teachers and staff of how to keep my daughter as safe as possible, ways to keep the children safe, engineering methods so contact with peanut products is avoided.
