Gradually, I am incorporating the principals in this book into my life-style. The recipes are delicious. The guidelines make sense. The only thing I have to fight is my backlog of bad habits. Well written. Easy to understand. I am convinced following this formula will indeed bring good health.

The "Spanish Rice" recipe is a BIG HIT!,

Paul Nison takes a little different path than a lot of the Raw Foodies,so that's interesting. It's also a quick, easy read. I love the "Spanish Rice" recipe. It's fun to play "guess the ingredients," especially with non-raw folks.
