at last! a book to guide you to all the best colorado has to offer; farmers markets, cooking classes, restaurants and wonderful recipes with ingredients only found in colorado. i love it and have used so much in the short time I have owned.
check out the "olathe corn and shrimp salad" and the "colorado peach pecan sour cream coffee cake"! i'm planning to treat myself to a cooking class with a girlfriend and we will hit a few farmers markets this summer. wine, coffee. produce, trips-so much i have yet to discover. great size, perfect gift. love it, love it. |
