About the Author
Mary Bailey is Edmonton editor of City Palate magazine and a freelance wine and food writer. She is a member of the Society for Wine Educators (US), the Association of Travel Writers (US), and Slow Food. She is the Prairie region director for Cuisine Canada, a national association of culinary professionals. She lives in Edmonton, Alberta.
Judy Schultz is the food and travel editor for the Edmonton Journal. She has written six books including Looking for China: Travels on a Silk Road, and Mamie’s Children: Three Generations of Prairie Women, which was shortlisted for the Governor General’s Award. In 2000, she received a lifetime achievement award from Cuisine Canada. She lives in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
