Years ago when I was all into anything related to power I found this book titled Power at a yard sale and bought it. I was kinda disappointed because it was all about how the most important nutrient is oxygen and the more oxygen any and every cell gets, the stronger and healthier it is. It mentioned two products that increase the load of oxygen that each red blood cell carries, like changing red blood cells from pickup trucks to full size dump trucks.... i was about to throw it aside and happened to flip through to the extensive bibliography. I don't normally read that part of a book but I noticed every single thing they referenced was either a sports medical journal or a sports animal medical journal (race horses and greyhounds), except for a few medical journals dealing with the elderly. Well I've been taking ginsana ever since and won't ever stop. I'm in my fifties and when I decided to bump my six days a week, 30 minute workouts to seven days a week for an hour, I got these and they made it a cake walk. It's important to have one just before you brush your teeth, otherwise they can leave a yellowish cast on your teeth. But for the added strength, energy and endurance, for goodness sake don't let that stop you... you've got to brush your teeth anyways, just have the dmg right before you do. I can no longer find the book. But really, this is energy, strength and stamina in a pill, not at all like speed... It doesn't make you talk faster. But it sure does make you feel great and absolutely healthy. And isn't that what we all want to feel?

We have an autistic dog (yes, dogs can suffer from it too). As a pup he could not bond with us and didn't understand what it meant to play. He was unhappy and whiny all the time. Through a lot of research and alternative treatments we've brought him a long way, but nothing has done more for him than this DMG. After just a few days on it, he suddenly started bringing toys to us and wanting to play..for the first time ever! He's now a much happier boy and we will keep him on this for the rest of his life.

I understand that DMG is not a cure-all for all autistics, but for some children (and dogs) it works wonders. It's definitely worth a try. Read "Children with Starving Brains". Be sure the DMG you get is Aangamik DMG. This is a good brand.

DMG is known to benefit special children, but it is good for all of us. It is the base ingredient for out defenses, and it is essential to repair our bodies.

The first time I tried Food Science of Vermont DMG, I noticed a quick difference in muscle pain after exercise. DMG accelerates collagen production. As a result, it reduces the amount of lactic acid produced as a by-product in protein production. DMG helps the body convert glucose into glucosamine. Since I practice sports and am in my fifties,I use about 1000 mgs per day. At the price of the Food Science of Vermont brand, I felt I should try cheaper brands. Even increasing the amount to 2000 mg, I did not feel the same effect. So, I went back to buy Food Science of Vermont's DMG.
This may sound like a paid advertisement. But it is not.

With a different DMG I was able to tell a difference with cognitive ability. With this one I have not been able to. But then, that does not really mean anything. A colleague of mine says he can tell a big difference with the same Aangamik DMG so who knows? The price was the best around so maybe you try and see.
