I purchased the book knowing that It would be mostly usedas a sort of restaurant guide. The recipes are shown with photos. It gave me an idea of the type of food the restaurant specializes in and wheather one might enjoy eating there.My next trip to venice is during christmas 2001,I plan to go to at least two or three of the restaurants in the book that I probably wouldn't have tried otherwise.That alone is worth the price especially if one or more restaurants is a true"find". |
