I originally had this book in 1987 for a class on Historical valued of Food for Penn State. I LOVED the book, but have since lost it to moving with the Navy. I have searched for it for some time & am ready to try to get another copy so that I can share the book with others. Now that Food Fact or Fiction is on television, more people will become interested in the food history that is available & that Mr. Root was so good at portraying. Thank you for having Alibris & allowing us to access all kinds of books, not just the newfangled ones.
