This is an amazing compiliation of the year's best-of-the-best cookbooks, with a wide range of recipes in all different styles and genres, right at your fingertips. In addition to some of my favorite stars from the Food Network, it has some authors I was not aware of, and am glad to have this on my shelf, to spread my culinary wings! Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT COOKBOOK COMPILATION! I accidentally stumbled on this set of Food & Wine "Best of the Best" cookbooks while searching for my favorite Restaurant recipes. I LOVE these cookbooks and am on the way to having the entire set. You may not find every recipe is your favorite, but you are guaranteed to find a favorite (or two or more) in every Cookbook. AWESOME chefs, cookbooks and recipes! Highly recommend any and all of these books!!!

These are great recipes for some who enjoys cooking unusual gourmet meals. I love the other Food and Wine cookbooks I owned and thought I would try this but it is a little too fancy shmancy for me:(

Love this concept. Was able to determine whether the cookbook would be worth purchasing. There are about three or four I would like to have to my collection. Totally work the price and effort to review cookbooks.
