I have tried this and have tried another brand (Weleda) Arnica Oil. The Weleda is better, but this is a much better value and it works fine. The only thing I do not like about the Now Foods Arnica Massage Oil is that it is very oily like the olive oil it's made from. The Weleda brand is more of an Arnica Concentrate (made from the Arnica flower) and is less messy, but way more expensive per use.
I get about two weeks out of the Weleda brand and almost two months out of the Now brand.

Great for relief from aching/sore muscles, etc. I have RA and Osteo Arthritis- is great for both.

I always had problems getting to sleep because of RLS. Since I've been using this on my legs every evening just before going to bed, I've been sleeping soundly through the night. I've tried other arnicated oils, and one from Washington Homeopathic worked pretty well, but this one also has lavender in it, which is soothing and also helps with sleep. This is the BEST arnicated oil I've found.

This is a good massage oil. It is a little thicker than my other oil: about the constancy of extra virgin oilve oil. It has a pleasant, herbal fragrance.

The item I received did not look anything like the picture. The one I received was from "NOW Solutions" It came in a white bottle with a big yellow sunflower looking flower (arnica) on it. Other than that, I really like this product. I have used Arnica for years for sore muscles and bruising. I had my nose operated on and the surgeon suggested I use Arnica for the bruising. I like the texture of this oil. It absorbs well and smells great. It does not warm up that much though, but does seem to help with my sore arm. Warming: If you have never used Arnica before test a small area of you skin 1st as some people are allergic to it and for these people it can cause a red rash on the skin - so test 1st.

Just what the title says. The smell is great and the oil is high quality, but I chose it because of the arnica and warming ability. My experience with arnica is that it has pain relief qualities, but this oil doesn't. I have a lot of muscle/fascia pain and nerve issues and I was hoping that this oil would be a good fit, but I am disappointed with it. If you just need a good oil with a nice smell it will work for you, just don't bother if your after warming or arnica.

My parents are in their eighties. My mom has terrible neuropathy in her legs. My dad has had hip and knee surgery. Both suffer from arthritis. It has brought my mother immense relief and she can now sleep peacefully which she could not do before. My father has declared it a "miracle" cure for his painful joints. I order two bottles a month for them in the colder months. I only wish it came in a larger size.

I got this Arnica warming relief oil as a gift and let me tell you...I got my back massaged and feet massaged with it as soon as it arrived and I was so relaxed afterwards!!! It has a very nice texture and its light so its not real greasy. I also love the pleasant smell from the lavendar, lemon and wintergreen oils. I will be getting another bottle when that one runs out for sure...

The nutty aroma is so wonderful it sends your mind dreaming. I would like the warmth to last a bit longer, but it's a nice product that I'd buy again.
